We are back, if you hadnt noticed we took a little time off, but we are back now and ready to play.There have been some changes made to the set lists and i think everyone will enjoy them. On behalf of the other fellas in Good Intentionz we want to wish all of our friends and family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  See ya for another great time at the Greenup American Legion.  Come in and bid our drummer a final farewell.  We will miss him a lot.  He has been asked to join another band that tours and records so he is taking a huge step backwards!! But we offer him our sincerest thanks and wish him the best.

Good Intentionz would like to invite everyone to the Greenup American Legion for the new years eve party.We will start at 8:30 and play til 12:30. Ray and the gang always go the extra mile for their party, there will be party favors and champaign at midnight,so even if you cant make it out ,tell a friend,a good time shall be had by all.

Hi guys, Just wanted to drop a line and see if anyone ever checks the site anymore. Almost got the house in. It’s on its way. Now if I can just get the power company to put the power out there, they are kinda being (in the words of Ian) Gay.. No offense Lil one.. Hopefully we’ll be done with every thing and moved in within 3 weeks… I hope!!!! Alrighty then, you guys take it easy and keep in touch.

Hello everyone. 

This is Catelyn.  Got a question… Would Good Intentionz be interested in maybe playing a couple of sets at Ian’s (little brother’s) going away party?  We’re trying to organize everything and thought it would be cool if maybe you guys could do it.  It would be on May 27 (a Sunday) at the pavilion in Kansas (as long as we can reserve it).  Food would start around 2:00. We’ll feed you!  I can pay you some, if need be.  I would have asked Scott to post something for me sooner, but I just found out about it.  I know you guys haven’t practiced much lately, but this could be a really good practice for you.    Let me know??

Hey guys what is going on?  I haven’t seen much action on here.  I talked to Yorkie today he is fiending to get back together and frankly I am getting the itch too.  We have Three weeks left of school for this semester,maybe we can get something together again soon? Post and let me know your guys input on this situation.

Hey y’all, hows it going? Just thought that I would make a post about practice and also let you know that the next 2 weekends are going to be busy for me so if we have to practice it will have to be during the week. Sorry guy’s….

Hey guys just got midterm grades and I must say they are kickin’ some a double crooked letter.  Hope things are going well.  I want to come and watch when you get the show going again.  You guys need to post more.  As a dedicated fan I want to know what the hizell is happening.  I saw the reviews for a show that The Goo Goo Dolls played at EIU.  They played a whopping 17 songs.  Must be nice to play a set and be done and get payed crap loads of money for it.  I guess that can happen when you are a big name draw.  Just checkin’ in with the Klan, killin’ time between educational opportunities.  I never thought I would spend so much time and money learning how to color pictures and cut paper again.  Peace bros.

While it does little to temper the sad news of Brother AJ giving an official (but hopefully temporary) resignation, I do have some news.

The web domain has been renewed for another two years.  At some point I will be performing an upgrade on the back-end.  When I find some time; but time, she is a fleeting, elusive b**ch to catch.

There is a new powered mixer for practice.  There is also a spankin’ new Tama drum kit awaiting assembly by someone that knows percussion better than I.  It only has a single kick-pedal, but has Zildjian cymbols and a pretty nice throne (not the stock P.O.S.), not a “First Act” piece in the set.  All the above live by the same rules as all other practice gear, they don’t travel, don’t get used for a catch-all, footstool or an ashtray, and the words “borrow” and “loan” are not recognized as valid words in reference to them.  I know y’all know this, just sayin’.

Hey Mrs. AJ let me know what you guys are wanting to do with Ian.  I don’t blame you for deciding that I need replaced I warned you that I would not have the time to commit to the band.  I also found out that I will have to do summer classes to stay on target for graduation next spring so I say embrace this opportunity, no hard feelings, best of luck to you, and consider this my official resignation.  If you get in a pinch sometime give me a holler and at least let me stand in with you for a song or two sometime.  Sorry I haven’t gotten hold of anyone I got a message from Doc the other night, I really don’t have any extra time right now.  Once again good luck and thanks for the ride.

Fellas, we haven’t gotten together for a while.  Probably not all bad, a break now and again is a good thing.  I have no intention of dropping out, but this has been a hectic, busy year so far.  This weekend is right out (superbowl) and probably next weekend as well (private family matter of the medical sort).  The good news, however, is that I have been officially notified by my employer that aside from emergencies or business travel, my weekends are free to spend with you mooks.  And Doc, if the next practice is indeed two weeks from tomorrow, there will be no need to lug the board over.
